The 4×8 Above Ground Safe Room is our largest above ground shelter option, giving your family maximum space and comfort during a tornado emergency. Built in our Oklahoma City manufacturing facility. The price including installation is $6600.00.
It’s anchored directly to your concrete foundation with heavy-duty anchor bolts, this safe room is engineered to withstand EF5 tornado conditions. The ADA compliant door opens inward, features an impact resistant deadbolt, and is secured to handle extreme wind pressure. At 4 feet wide, 8 feet long, and 6’4″ tall, there’s plenty of room for larger families to shelter safely and comfortably.
The $500.00 deposit reserves your installation date and goes toward the total balance.
